Our manager search and selection process has both quantitative and qualitative elements. The process usually results in one or two attractive candidates in each asset class. They are presented to the firm's investment committee which reviews the evaluation and votes to recommend the manager or asks for additional analysis.

We change managers when the need arises. Once we remove a manager from our approved list, we promptly notify clients and recommend an alternative investment. We are pro-active consultants and evaluate our managers on an ongoing basis. In response to special requests, the firm identifies managers that meet a foundation's specific criteria. We can review a full range of asset classes and take advantage of our extensive network to find niche managers.
